Full Journal pdf1999-05-19 House Journal Page 1666 SB 101 A message dated May 19, 1999, was read stating the President has appointed the following members to a 2d Conference Committee: Senator Miller, Chair Senator Torgerson Senator Adams to meet with the like Committee from the House to consider: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(FIN) "An Act relating to disasters and to the disaster relief fund." and 1999-05-19 House Journal Page 1667 SB 101 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(FIN) am (same title) The President also granted limited powers of free conference to the Senate conferees on the following specific points: Page 1, line 13 and Subparagraph (B) of new section AS26.23.020 The Speaker had previously granted the limited powers of free conference as requested and the specific points for which limited powers were granted are on page 1637. SB 101 The 2d Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference considering HCS CSSB 101(FIN) and CSSB 101(FIN) am recommends the following be adopted: CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(2d CC) "An Act relating to disasters and to the disaster relief fund." The following fiscal notes apply to CCS SB 101(2d CC): Senate zero fiscal note, Dept. of Environmental Conservation, 4/7/99 Senate zero fiscal note, Dept. of Military & Veterans Affairs, 4/7/99 The report was signed by Senators Miller (Chair), Torgerson and Adams; and Representatives Phillips, Barnes and Grussendorf.
